Construction Contest

Construction Contest. This will follow its usual format. For those who have not
attended before, the aim is for members to bring along any items they have built which they think
might be of interest to others. These can be either fully home built or kits – anything you like really
– and contributors are encouraged to give a brief description of the item and its background.
Attendees can then vote on their favourites – quite straightforward…no multiple transferrable
votes or stuff like that – and there will be prizes…cups for the first and second positions (being “in
the ironwork” we call it…) and our treasurer (Ray “twisted arm” Howells G4FFY) has been
persuaded to fund small financial prizes for the leading three entries.
